Staying Active & Healthy While Social Distancing
We all have to do our part to reduce the burden of this current COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. An effective strategy we can all do and are currently being asked to do is social distancing.
Social distancing simply means having 6 feet of physical distance between the person next to or around you to stop or slow down the spread of a contagious disease. Below is a social distance informational graphic developed by the County of Los Angeles Public Health Department and translated by the Keck School of Medicine of USC.
While we are asked to shelter in place in our homes, staying physically active can become a challenge under these circumstances. Below is an educational material with tips on how to stay active and healthy while social distancing.
